Mr. Jahanzeb Mirza – Chief Executive
Mr. Jahanzeb Mirza is the CEO of the company. His knowledge regarding the investment environment and the structure of the financial markets has made S.D Mirza Securities (Pvt) Limited a successful Equity brokerage house. He has served on the Board of Lahore Stock Exchange in 2003, 2009, 2011 and 2015.He also holds the honor of serving as Director on the Board of Central Depository Company in 2011 and Director at PACRA in 2011, 2015 and 2017-2019. He did his BBA in Finance from University of Houston, USA in 1994.
Jahanzeb Mirza is a dynamic, progressive and visionary entrepreneur. His endless desire to achieve perfection in client satisfaction and his ability to manage human resource has made S. D Mirza Securities (Pvt) Ltd. into a leading Stock Brokerage House of Lahore.
Mirza Abdul Khaliq - Director
Mirza Abdul Khaliq is a Director since the inception of the company. He is looking after the affairs of the Faisalabad Branch since 1990.
He studied at Blackburn College of Technology and Design during 1968-74 from where he was awarded Ordinary and Higher National Diplomas as well as Associate-ship of Textile Institute Manchester. After completion of his studies he has been looking after the family business of export of carpets in Europe for some time. After returning back in Pakistan, he started manufacturing business of Textiles till 1990.
Lt Col (R) Aurangzeb Mirza – Director
Lt Col (R) Aurangzeb Mirza is a highly organized professional, with experience in positions of increasing responsibility. He has a track record of maintaining highest standards in the administrative / managerial / financial departments. He brings with him experience in the local as well as International companies.
Lt Col (R) Aurangzeb Mirza served in the Armed forces for 20 years. During his service, he gained valuable experience in administrative and operational programs. He has expertise in training, managing Human resource and planning/execution of specific projects. His interpersonal skills have been an asset to the company.
He did his Masters in Arts and Science of Warfare from Baluchistan University in 2015.
